The programed national construction guideline of "Accelerating digital development and building Digital China" put forward in the fifth article of the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan has stimulated the digital transformation and upgrading of textile and garment industry clusters. This gives birth to the development of the textile and garment industry of a new form of business and its new demand for college talent training and transportation. In order to promote the College of Textile and Apparel to actively adapt to the new requirements of regional economic, social and industrial development, more effectively narrow the gap between the talender-based demand side of enterprises and the supply side of college talent training, and enhance the timely supporting role of college discipline construction for the digital transformation and development of the garment industry, from October 31 to November 1, the College of Textile and Apparel President Xin Binjie, Vice President Wu Xiangji organized discipline leaders such as Qu Hongjian, Li Chunxiao, Zhou Zhipeng and other key teachers and laboratory teachers to carry out a series of investigation and exchange activities based on the integration of production and education in garment foreign trade, digital clothing technology enterprises and similar universities in the Yangtze River Delta region.
During the two-day visit, the investigation team of the integration of industry and education of the college respectively carried out the development and application of digital clothing technology and creative design of digital clothing to 8 enterprises and public institutions, scientific research institutes and universities, including China Institute of Fashion Innovation, China Academy of Art, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Lindi Digital Technology Co., LTD., Zhejiang George Bai Clothing Co., LTD. And digital media exhibition and other content learning exchange.
Digitalization, as one of the elements of the transformation and development of textile and clothing industry, including fashion industry, can also become a new basis, a new entrance and a new means for the integration of schools, enterprises, production and education, and collaborative communication. The enterprise also intends to work with colleges and universities to build a new model of the integration of industry and education that is suitable for the characteristics of colleges and universities in different regions based on different talent training mechanisms, disciplinary attributes and professional characteristics. In the process of investigation and communication, enterprises also put forward the practical demand of the market level for the training of specific digital talents in short supply. Meanwhile, experts and professors from the School of International Education of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and the School of Design and Art of China Academy of Art also shared their practical experiences in the process of digital talent cultivation. This includes the reform of curriculum system setting, the support of competitions, and the accumulation of high-quality digital knowledge assets in colleges and universities. President Xin Binjie also put forward that, based on the positioning and outstanding advantages of the university for the training of applied talents, teachers and students should actively explore the "true proposition" with market application value, which can serve the needs of enterprises and has practical significance for the development of the garment industry in the teaching process, so as to realize the real and effective integration between industry and teaching.
The Chinese-style modernization proposed by the Top 20 and the digital transformation of the garment industry also confirm the concrete presentation of the industry in the Chinese-style modernization construction. The specific influence of this radiation on the education industry is reflected in the mode reform and adaptation of the talent training connecting textile and apparel colleges with the front, middle and back end of the whole industry chain. Next, the college will form substantial content construction of the integration of industry and education with the visiting enterprises, so as to realize the construction of a new form of integration of industry and education based on the construction and development characteristics of various disciplines.
