In order to further deepen university-enterprise cooperation and enhance students' cross-cultural business communication and practical skills, on April 27, 2026, a distinctive Enterprise Expert in the Classroom session was held for the Foreign Trade Correspondence course. Mr. Ma Shangshang, General Manager of Herman Business Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was invited as the guest lecturer. The course was designed for junior-year undergraduate students majoring in Textile Engineering and featured a special lecture on Writing and Practical Techniques for Textile Foreign Trade Correspondence. The event was held in Classroom D215 of the Teaching Building.

The course closely followed the development of the textile foreign trade industry. In class, drawing upon his rich experience in textile import and export trade over many years, the expert systematically explained the key writing points of the full-process foreign trade correspondence, including inquiries, offers, contract confirmation, shipment, and claims, starting from real-world cases. Unlike traditional teaching models, the expert particularly emphasized the accurate expression of industry-specific product parameters, quality standards, and trade terms in correspondence, helping students organically integrate their engineering and technology background with international trade language. In the interactive segment, through a theory + practice + immediate feedback approach, the expert helped students master commonly used sentence patterns and standardized formats, and further understand the importance of correspondence in textile foreign trade.

This enterprise expert classroom session was a valuable practice in advancing industry-education integration and aligning course content with industry standards. In the future, the relevant courses will continue to incorporate more enterprise resources to enhance students' comprehensive competitiveness in the workplace.
