On the afternoon of October 23, 2025, Ms. Xu Yingqi and Mr. Yu Rui, faculty representatives of the Industry-Education Integration Group from the School of Textiles and Fashion, visited Intertek Testing Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Intertek) for an exchange visit. The purpose of this visit was to build on the existing industry-education integration cooperation between the two parties, further deepen collaborative engagement, and continuously improve the quality of off-campus internship education for the demonstration program.
Our school currently has 12 students interning at Intertek. At the symposium, the enterprise mentor first gave high praise for the students' performance, commending their solid professional foundation and outstanding learning and English abilities. The students were able to complete on-the-job training and take on work responsibilities in just one day, fully demonstrating 内部技能lent professional conduct and efficient adaptability to the workplace. Subsequently, the 12 interns each shared their respective departments and specific job responsibilities. It was clear from the exchange that the students had deeply integrated into the enterprise team, participating throughout in core work processes including sample preparation, experimental testing, data processing, system report completion, report issuance, and customer after-sales service coordination, with their practical abilities thoroughly exercised.
Through this internship, students closely integrated classroom theoretical knowledge with real-world enterprise practice. This experience not only deepened their understanding of professional knowledge but also provided comprehensive training in teamwork, communication, and sense of responsibility. This valuable internship experience has also helped them accumulate solid professional experience for their future career development and further strengthened their confidence in employment.
